A Ticketing System developed home-grown by the IT Department. The helpdesk system has been used not only by the IT Department but all other departments that provide customer service.
Office 365 is free to use by Student & Faculty members. They have full access to Office 365, Microsoft cloud-based Office Applications.
Google Drive is the Official cloud-based storage used by the Students, Faculty, & Staff. Google drive gives us the ability to collaborate with our Colleagues anywhere with internet access.
Each College Administrator will work with their teams to establish how Asana will be used as the team’s primary tool for managing and monitoring departmental and cross-functional task. Supervisors are assigned tasks to members of their team using Asana.
This survey instrument aims to gather personal information as well. CMI acknowledges and respects your privacy. With this, a consent form is provided at the end of the survey which explains the reason for collecting alumni’s personal information and outlines how CMI plans to use such information. Any other information collected through this survey will only be used in summary form.
Here on CMI’s Uliga campus and Arrak Campus, IT Department provide wireless accessible for both the student and employee. Inside our premises, we have access points/wifi linked where they can access to internet. We allowed them to used their personal devices to connect to our CMI’s wireless portal.
G Suite is a suite of cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools, software and products developed by Google. Google Suite, for several years until present, CMI is using Google Suite tools that mostly the student, employee and faculty are using it for business and education purposes.
G Suite is where CMI’s faculty, student and employee comprises Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Currents for communication; Driver for storage; Docs, Sheets, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Forms, and Sites for productivity and collaboration; and, depending on the plan, an Admin panel and Vault for man for managing users.
CMI is using another tool which called “Lucid Chart”, for making Diagramming and flowchart, Software, System Design, Process Mapping, Organization Chart Design, Agile Planning and Whiteboarding. By using Lucid chart website, our colleagues were able to shared and do commenting on each project that is created. Each Department doing implementation, group discussion on their projects how things will be done accordingly.
The College’s strategic objective is to find saving opportunities by creating efficiency in our printing system while providing better and more reliable printing services for the students. To do that, the college is launching new solutions such as a wholly self-managed printing, access will be available across campuses and from any devices. It will include an option to send printing to the “cloud,” using a Mobile application. A payment management system can generate weekly, monthly, and yearly consumption reports for the consumer.
