National Scholarship & Financial Assistance Program

Administered and awarded by the National Scholarship Board, FSM National Gov’t Scholarship is offered to citizens of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), of the following states: Pohnpei, Chuuk, Yap, and Kosrae. For more information on eligibility, please visit this website.

Please complete this form, and submit to the Administrator of Postsecondary Education, FSM Department of Education, along with all required documents.
Other required documents are: proofs of citizenship, proofs of school admissions or attendance, and official transcripts.

Pohnpei State Scholarship
Administered and awarded by the Board of Education, Pohnpei State Scholarship is offered to legal residents and citizens of Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
