Assessment and research related to plan implementation is the evaluation of the College’s progress in completing the activities derived from the Institutional Goals and Institutional Outcomes as well as the initiatives identified in the Annual Prioritized College-wide Action Plan. The process and timeline for assessment and research is outlined in the process for preparing the Progress Reports.
Assessment plans including KPIs for all outcomes (Institutional KPIs as well as Strategic Goal KPIs) are written as part of implementation/work plans. Benchmarks are established, and Institutional Set Standards (ISS) as well as stretch goals are identified prior so that a plan of activities can be established towards meeting or exceeding the set targets. To verify progress, sources of evidence needed are identified and collected in collaboration with the Institutional Research department. A general feedback survey for stakeholders regarding the effectiveness/quality of all services offered will be included in the department/program assessment.
