Math Level 4

This course establishes a foundation in elementary Algebra. Topics include real numbers, algebraic expressions and linear equations and inequalities in one variable.

SLOs – Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

• Perform operations with real numbers and utilize their properties. (ABE Knowledge and meaning of mathematical concepts)
• Simplify and evaluate algebraic expressions. (ABE Knowledge and meaning of mathematical concepts)
