The main campus of the College of the Marshall Islands is located in Uliga, Majuro Atoll.

Oscar deBrum Memorial Hall, renovated in 1999 and dedicated in memory of CMI’s first Chairman of the Board of Regents in 2002, currently houses the Student Services One-Stop Center on the first floor and faculty offices on the second.

In 2000, the completion of an additional two-story building added three large new classrooms, a science and mathematics computer lab, and science research facilities, including an agricultural growth room. The Education Dormitory, a building funded through the Asian Development Bank, was also completed in 2000. During 2001-2002, the road and parking area in front of the campus were paved through the generous support of the Republic of China.

At the end of the 2006-2007 academic year, the construction of a new Residence Hall was completed, located adjacent to the existing dormitory. In 2008, the new Mathematics, Science and Nursing building (Tolemour all) was completed.
